Calling all experienced nannies in Mount Vernon, WA (98274)! Ongoing care is needed for my infant.

Roza is a mellow and smiley two month old, easygoing with tummy time, and a loving cuddler! She loves being carried in her moby and flying around like a baby airplane. We are using cloth diapers and practicing elimination communication (so, fewer yucky diapers overall and barely any poopy ones!). Mom is a bilingual educator, so we’d prefer a Spanish speaker if possible. We are flexible both on start date and on the specific hours - both parents work from home. Our hope is to start part time with just Roza (not nanny share) and ramp up to full time, eventually adding a family to become a nanny share (probably in the summer when Roza has her 6 month vaccinations and has a bit more of a solidified sleep schedule - though maybe a little sooner if something great falls into place). We have a dog, a Norwegian Elkhound named Ofelia (Ofi) - as a default, we don’t expect to need a nanny to help with dog care/walking, but must be dog friendly :)
