Caregiver In Lancaster Area

Seeking a caregiver for a boy age 19. He is on the Autism spectrum and has developmental delays. I would like someone to interact confidently with him and understand his needs/condition. Other caregivers say he is very easy to care for and well-behaved. He would primarily need general supervision and some assistance with cleaning out his backpack, lunch box, etc. Hours would be 2:45 - 5:30 p.m. on Thursday and Friday. May need some Wednesday hours too, if available. Opportunities will arise to work other weekdays and weekends if desired. A car is not provided - please have your own.

hello ! my names Joshua
I have a unique situation that shall be arising here soon where I will be starting a new shift which will be 7 am to 330 pm
however my son who is the most adorable little silly boy in the world is 5 and in kindergarten. He starts school at 8 am
he gets out at 315 pm
so I would need someone to start care at 6 am and take him to school by 8 am
and then possibly pick up at 315 pm and watch him until I can get him around 4 pm
as of right now it wouldn't be everyday but it could be in the next few months and I can explain more in detail when we talk !
It would be as needed and random for the moment being but there's a possibility I could also have more hours during the afternoons or evenings throughout the week or weekend as well but that's up in the air.
I'm still figuring it all out momentarily but shoot me a message and tell me about you and let me know what you can and can't do !
I can definitely explain why its a bit random
