In need of a responsible and reliable babysitter for an ongoing care opportunity near Akron, OH (44313).

We're a bilingual family and believe in gentle parenting, also musical (both musicians, working jobs in different fields) and no-smoking.
We have a small protective dog, she will either be kept in the kitchen, on the other side of baby gate, or basement.
We don't have any known allergies. You're not expected to cook for us. :)
Likely mommy stays at home for the duration, just hope you could spare some attention from our active toddler, who is very attached to mommy lately, so that mommy can have a chance to work on her WFH job.
Outdoor playing is highly encouraged, if you also love it. If not, we have plenty of toys and activities in the house.
My toddler loves book reading, airplanes, cars, and music/drumming. He is a gentle, caring, curious and energetic happy boy.
We need help on Monday afternoons 12-4 or 1-5 (depends on what works for you); Tuesday and Thursday mornings 8-12am during the current semester.
