Looking for a daycare or center near Manchester, CT (06040). Ongoing care needed for my toddler.

Liam has slight emotional and behavioral difficulties due to his mother’s substance abuse and psychiatric illnesses. She is no longer in the home and hasn’t spoken to Liam in 2 months. Daddy needs help with Liam’s care because he needs a lot of 1-on-1 attention and affection. He loves hugs, kisses, and affection. He is a very smart and spirited young boy who needs love. There are 4 kids in the home and Liam is the youngest. Dad works full-time as a nurse and is struggling to give all children the extra care and attention they need right now.
