Seeking ongoing care for preschooler and brother with special needs in Littleton, CO (80123)

I need a kind and helpful person to come in and help manage our crazy schedule. I have 4 kids ages 11, 9, 6, and 4 and am currently solo parenting while working from home. This position would primarily be working with my two kiddos with special needs (11yr old and 4yr old) but may occasionally help with others too. 11yr old uses a wheelchair, is non verbal, and loves music. 4yr old is developmentally around 2.5yrs and gives amazing hugs.

I especially need help Wednesdays and Thursdays (appx 11:45-8) as multiple kids need to be in different places at the same time. Availability on Saturday mornings and flexibility for other irregular schedule conflicts would be an added bonus but not a deal breaker.

Willing to learn, excellent driving record, Christian, playful, organized, can set boundaries kindly but firmly

We have one child in need of temporary care, with the possibility of going long term. Potty training is needed to be consistent with your help. Super chill little guy, loves his electronics and can sometimes be overstimulated (like all toddlers) with sudden loud yelling, screaming or noises. He’s super sensitive to loud noises and will cover his ears when he’s hearing to much. He will chill with you on the couch, on the floor and in the car but we do require that he gets out of the house at least once a day for a couple hours depending on weather.
