FULL-TIME NANNY WANTED | ESCONDIDO, CA (Near Reidy Creek Golf Course)
Hi everyone! We're a family in Escondido looking for a warm, dependable nanny to care for our sweet 6-month-old son, starting full-time on Monday, November 16th. We'd love to find someone long-term who feels like a natural extension of our family!
THE DETAILS
Location: Escondido, CA
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 7:45 AM – 4:00 PM (33 hours/week)
Pay: $24/hour
Start date: Monday, November 16th (full-time from day one)
Long-term position preferred
ABOUT US & THE ROLE
We both work from home, so we're nearby if needed, but you'll be the one caring for our little guy during the day. Think playtime, feeding, tummy time, walks, reading, bottles, naps, and lots of sweet baby moments. He'll be the only child in your care. Light baby-related tasks include making/cleaning bottles and doing his laundry.
WHO WE'D LOVE TO FIND
Someone warm, patient, playful, reliable, and communicative. You don't need years of infant experience. We're happy to support someone newer who's eager to learn!
MUST-HAVES
Available to start full-time on November 16th
Infant CPR & First Aid certified, OR currently studying child development or a related field
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Non-smoker
Water safety awareness (we have a fenced backyard pool, and baby is never near it without direct supervision)
References and willingness to complete a background check
No additional children on the job
OK with two friendly, hypoallergenic Siamese cats
NICE TO HAVE
Open to occasional evening babysitting at an agreed rate.
