Ongoing care needed for my toddler! Open to a babysitter near Gilbert, AZ (85296).

My wife and I are remodeling our master bedroom and bathroom. we are doing all the work ourselves. My wife is 10 weeks pregnant and can't be picking up our 2 year old to change diapers, put him in his crib and other scenarios. this project should take a few months and we can use a hand on the weekends. Leo (our 2 year old) takes 2 hr naps starting at 12. this would be our first time with a babysitter other than my parents.
