Our granddaughter is autistic, easy going , she communicates by only telling you what she wants and at times and will take your finger to guide you to what she wants. plays very well alone and doesn't really participate with other children although at times she will in short burst.
she almost always smiling. Needs encouragement to begin eating at times and takes her sweet time eating.
