I am seeking a compassionate and responsible In-Home Toddler and Infant Caretaker to provide comprehensive care for our toddler aged 2, and infant, aged 10-12 months. The caretaker will play a vital role in nurturing their growth, development, and overall well-being. Responsibilities include:

For Toddler (2-3 years old):
1. Potty Training: Assist in potty training, ensuring the toddler's comfort and cleanliness throughout the process.
2. Growth and Development: Foster a nurturing and stimulating environment to encourage the toddler's physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
3. Teaching Curriculum: Implement age-appropriate educational activities and play-based learning to support the toddler's early learning.
4. Meal Preparation: Plan and prepare nutritious meals and snacks, considering dietary restrictions or preferences.
5. Outings: Arrange and supervise outings to educational and recreational places, with all location expenses covered by the parents.

For Infant (10-12 months old):
1. Feeding: Prepare and provide age-appropriate meals and bottles, following the infant's feeding schedule.
2. Play and Stimulation: Engage in interactive play and activities to support the infant's sensory and motor skill development.
3. Naptime Routine: Establish a consistent naptime routine and ensure a safe and comfortable sleep environment.
4. Diaper Changing: Perform diaper changes and maintain proper hygiene for the infant.
5. Infant Care: Attend to the infant's physical and emotional needs with sensitivity and care.

Requirements:
- Experience in childcare, with a focus on infants and toddlers.
- A strong understanding of infant and toddler development milestones.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to create a safe and nurturing environment.
- Excellent communication skills with both the children and parents.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
