My family is looking for an as‑needed babysitter for our 1‑year‑old daughter. This is not a full‑time position - just occasional support, typically on a Saturday afternoon and Wednesday afternoons.

Care will take place in my home, so I’m seeking someone who is comfortable coming to my residence and has their own reliable transportation. I prefer a cis‑female caregiver and am only looking for sitters who can come without bringing any additional children.

I’m looking for a sitter who is attentive, responsible, and genuinely enjoys caring for young children. The right person will know how to properly clean and care for a child during diaper changes and will take hygiene and safety seriously.

Accountability matters in my home. If I raise a concern or notice something that needs to be addressed, I appreciate someone who can receive feedback professionally and make adjustments without defensiveness.

I need a sitter who can give my daughter their full attention — not someone who will be distracted by their phone or leave her unattended. Reliability and integrity are also important, so I’m looking for someone who respects personal property and maintains trust in the home.

Because our household is multilingual, Arabic speakers are a plus, though not required.

Beyond the basics, I want someone who brings joy and engagement to the time they spend with my daughter — reading books, playing age‑appropriate games, encouraging exploration, and creating a warm, fun environment where she feels safe and cared for.

Food, snacks and water for my child will be provided.
