Only when I go to work I need childcare and my schedule is not fixed work days are changing. Usually 2x a week or 3x a week only.


My boy fuss & cries when he is around with a stranger. He needs time to adjust. He loves Ms Rachel and He can nap/sleep on his own. He walks but cannot talk yet. Still cannot understand the word NO because he is only 15 months old. It is normal for him to be fussy in new environment & new people he don’t know. He is very sweet & happy baby.
