Seeking In-Home Childcare for 4-Month-Old Baby Boy

I am looking for a reliable and experienced caregiver to provide in-home childcare for my 4-month-old baby boy on the following days and times:
Mondays & Wednesdays: 1:30 PM – 3:20 PM
Thursdays: 6:30 AM – 12:30 PM

The ideal candidate should have experience caring for and working with infants, understanding their developmental needs and milestones. CPR certification is preferred, and comfort with dogs is a must, as we have a pet in the home.
