Seeking ongoing care for a premature infant in North Las Vegas, NV.

My daughter was born prematurely at 28 weeks. She just turned 1 in April. Her immune system is not the strongest so I am looking for a place/someone that takes cleanliness seriously. She is not crawling or sitting up yet so she will need more assistance than a normal 1 year old. Overall she is a very happy baby and not hard to please at all, she will get tired within 3-4 hours of waking up.
Ideally, I would like somewhere she won’t be around too many other children but if so, someone who will put effort into avoiding direct contact between them due to her immune system being weaker.
I would need flexibility with our schedule, but absolutely no overnights.
Must know infant CPR. Must be willing to learn how to give her breathing treatments and put her on oxygen, both as needed (I doubt you will ever need to).
