Seeking caregiver for 3 & 6 year old

I am currently trying to go back to work full time and need help with my youngest boys. 6 and 3. Very sweet, playful boys. They will be attached at your hip. They love people and playing. I work in the restaurant business so my schedule will vary in hours, but still not sure on the hours since I will be job hunting just like you. Just want to find someone I can get on the same page with scheduling before I jump the gun with my next career move.
