Seeking a Well rounded Nanny

We're looking for a nanny to watch our sweet toddlers two-three days a week! Our ideal schedule would be morning and afternoon but are open to negotiations. Most weeks would be two days but would like potential flexibility for a third day depending on schedule if we provide enough notice. Our son loves to read and play as well as explore out on walks around our home. I'd love for some light meal prep for him as well as light housekeeping. Our ideal nanny will enjoy nurturing his curiosity and maintaining his routine while at our home.
