We are a loving family looking for a reliable, nurturing caregiver for our sweet and fun loving toddler. He loves to talk, play, learn, snuggle, read, dance and is always on the move.
The position runs from the last week of July through the end of May, Monday through Friday. Hours would be 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM if care is in our home, or approximately 7:00 to 7:15 AM start time if we are dropping off at an in home daycare.
We would prefer a live-out, in home nanny, but are open to a small home daycare if it is the right fit for our family.
Responsibilities include meals and snacks, naps, play, and maintaining a consistent routine, along with light tidying related to him and occasionally letting our dog out.
Our son has Cystic Fibrosis, which involves simple daily routines such as enzyme dosing before meals and snacks and one short vest therapy session during the day. We will fully train and support you, and it becomes part of the normal routine.
We are looking for someone with childcare experience, ideally with toddlers or in a daycare setting, who is patient, kind, and engaging. Experience with medical needs is a plus, but not required. Most importantly, we are hoping to find someone dependable, committed, and looking for a long term fit who will provide a safe, loving, and supportive environment.
Must be CPR certified or willing to become certified, able to pass a background check, and have strong references.
