Needing care for smart and playful 4 yo. She uses a gtube for feedings. Experience with gtube helpful but not required. Training will be provided. She wears diapers and sometimes needs help standing up, but otherwise she is very independent. She likes to draw and paint. Needing for this time but possibly more after the new year.
