This is our first baby. We are still not sure what to expect or how our routine will look like for when baby arrives (The moment we may need services is uncertain). Our needs may change depending on how baby is and what our schedule looks like. What we are sure of is that we do not want to miss special moments with our daughter. We want to experience seeing her grow up. For this reason, we are thinking a nanny would be the best fit for us while my husband and I are at work (I work from home while my husband's job is hybrid). Currently, our thoughts are of having a nanny for ~4hrs/day for 3-4 days a week (subject to change depending on our work schedule and availability).
