Day care: need help with encouraging to speak, diaper changes, meals.
Nanny service: meal prep, diaper changes, play time and taking them to the park. Anything else we can talk about additional money per hour.
Both parents mostly work from home. We also would like someone who likes cats—as we 4 indoor cats. No care is needed for them. We do not work in tech. We work public service jobs and doing the best we can to stay afloat with the rising costs in the Bay Area. Hourly pay can be discussed and increased within our budget.
