Ongoing care needed for my toddler and preschoolers! Open to a babysitter near Arlington, TX (76014).

I’m looking for someone to be with my three boys before school until I can get home from work (I get home around 745am). I would need someone to be at my home by 5am so my husband can leave for work. My schedule varies each week (I’m a nurse). The minimum we would need someone is 1 day a week and the maximum would be 4 days a week. I typically have my schedule a month in advance. There’s no need to prepare meals or transport, just come hang out with them and help the youngest get dressed for daycare (: the two older boys are self sufficient in the mornings, I’m just not keen to the idea of leaving them alone with the youngest.
