Ongoing care needed for my infant! Open to a daycare near Woodburn, OR (97071).

Currently my son is 5mo old. My job hours are 6am-4pm from Mon-Thurs with location and travel varies. Need care along those hours.
Weekends from Fri-Sun I have military drill from 8am-4:30pm. Sometimes I need care yet not confirmed when as I have my partner looking after him until he travels out of state for work which is also not confirmed when he departs.
He barely started on solids and young to be potty trained. Please let me know if you’re able to look after my son, what materials I needed to pack and provide for him while in your care. Thank you
