I am due in October. I have 3 school aged children (14, 9, and 8) who I will need to get to school and pick up. I need a nanny / baby sitter who can come in the mornings from around 7am- 12pm to help with the baby. To sit with him while I leave to do carpool which should take about an hour (7a-8a) and to help with him while I clean, nap, possibly run errands.
Requirements:
Experience caring for newborns and infants
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain certification before starting)
Reliable transportation
Punctual and dependable
Strong references from previous families
Comfortable following my parenting preferences and routines
Knowledge of safe sleep practices
Patient, nurturing, and attentive
Comfortable preparing bottles, feeding, burping, changing diapers, and soothing a newborn
Willing to wash and sanitize bottles after use
Comfortable supervising my baby during naps and following our sleep routine
Able to keep a daily log of feedings, naps, diaper changes, and any concerns
Comfortable around our friendly French Bulldog, Louis
