Job Description:
We are seeking a loving and experienced Full-Time Nanny to care for our 6-month-old child in our home in Natick. The ideal candidate will provide a nurturing and safe environment while ensuring the well-being and development of our infant. In addition to childcare, this role includes light housekeeping and meal preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

Childcare:
Provide exceptional care and attention to our 6-month-old child, including feeding, diaper changes, and maintaining a consistent daily schedule.
Engage in age-appropriate activities to promote intellectual and physical development.
Ensure the child's safety at all times and provide a loving, nurturing environment.

Light Housework:
Perform light housekeeping duties related to the child, including cleaning and organizing the nursery and keeping the play areas tidy.
Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment for the child.

Meal Preparation:
Prepare and provide healthy meals and snacks for the child following any dietary guidelines.
Ensure the child's feeding schedule is adhered to.

Child's Laundry:
Launder the child's clothes, bedding, and towels as needed.

Transportation:
Occasionally accompany the child to scheduled appointments or activities.

Communication:
Maintain open and clear communication with parents regarding the child's activities, development, and any concerns or issues that may arise.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a nanny with a strong background in infant care.
CPR and First Aid certification for infants and children.
Strong knowledge of infant development, nutrition, and safety, or willingness to learn about it
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain a consistent daily routine and provide stimulating activities.
Respect for the privacy and household rules of the family.
Willingness to undergo a background check and provide references.

Schedule:
This is a full-time position. The specific schedule will be determined in consultation with the parents, but flexibility may be required.
