Nanny afternoon/evening potential full time

My job would start in Aug 2023. I have one child under one. He is a calm and happy baby! My schedule will vary throughout the week which will vary when nanny would come in, I do 8 hour shifts. I am willing to work with your schedule as well! Before start day, I would prefer a week or so getting to know my family!☺️ I would like a long term nanny if willing!
