Support local families I'm looking for a nanny who will primarily take care of my 1-year-old during the daytime, as well as my two elementary school kids after school. My oldest child has ASD, so I also want a nanny who is experienced with disabilities and autism. You may be asked to pick up or drop off children in our family car on occasion. I do work from home, but I'm often in meetings, so I'm looking for an experienced nanny who can manage the kids without a lot of input or oversight.
