Looking for a babysitter or nanny near Dallas, TX (75243). Ongoing care needed for my infant.

We are a working couple that works hybrid schedules so sometimes either one of us will go into the office. Looking for support during the work day with our 4 month old. We have 1 dog; a maltipoo. Looking for either 6-8 hours a day M-F (30-40hrs a week). Hourly 10-12.50/hr. If you are a good team player and looking for something consistent please reach out.
