Looking for a babysitter or nanny near Charlotte, NC (28217). Ongoing care needed for my infant (schedule varies)

Hi! I am seeking care for my 2 month old from 6:15am to 8:00pm (the latest). I work 12 hour shifts, and my schedule varies. I would need care between 1 to 3 days a week, and I would prefer the childcare to be at the caregivers residence. I would also need my 8 year-old to be dropped off and picked up from school to be taken 3 minutes up the street from school.
