Looking for a babysitter near La Palma, CA (90623). Ongoing care needed for my 9 and 6

I am looking for someone coming to my house watching two kids afterschool.. 6 and 9. Help them with homework, and do some activities, keep eyes on them when they play.

three days a week 2-5pm Monday Tuesday and Thursday..days may vary occasionally

No need cook or do any housework

You need be strict be patient..no need to pick them from school so car is not require but nice you have stable transportation.(you may take them to park or library)
Must speak English and have experiences for this age range

Pay is around 18-20$ per hour DOE
