just looking for childcare for my daughter who is 3.5 years old. shes a great child with lots of joy and silliness. she listens very well. she is able to communicate verbally and is independent. she has good manners. we are in the the final stages of going without a pull up but she will pee on the potty but will not do #2 consistently so she wears a pull up still. I know its only 2 days but I have a job that requires mandatory overtime during the 2 weeks in which the 2 Thursdays I need childcare fall on. willing to drop off and pick up which is also the most preferred method. as I have dogs that aren't the nicest all the time to strangers. so its best that if a nanny or what is available be someone willing to watch her not at my house unfortunately. thank you.
