Hiring a nanny or daycare near Lansing, MI (48917) to watch my infant. Ongoing care needed for my infant.

I am due in late June of 2025 and looking for childcare for our daughter in mid-August so I can return to work. We would love an in-home daycare facility, but are open to a nanny in our home. I do work remotely Wednesday and Fridays and have dogs in the home, if we were to pursue this route.
