Hiring a nanny near Marionville, MO (65705) to care for 1 year old

We are looking to hire a new nanny hopefully starting 7/18. We would love for someone to stay long term and be a consistent figure for our 1-year-old daughter. I work remotely part time and my husband owns his business so we do have a little flexibility on the schedule as well. We would need someone to help with her meal planning/preparing, dishes, and possibly laundry as needed. I would also love if someone could help plan some fun and different activities for her as she is a very active baby and loves trying new things.
