Hiring a nanny for 12 hour shift 1 day a week

I have a 3 year old toddler and a 6 month old baby, both girls.
I need in-home care on Wednesdays from 7:30am to 7:30pm.
Starting (preferably) June 14 and ending some time in early-mid August.
There is potential to extend care hours after summer.
