Hiring a babysitter or nanny near Bondurant, IA (50035) to watch my infant. Ongoing care needed for my infant.

We are looking for flexible, ad-hoc support for our 1-year-old. Primary need is early mornings (5am–9am) on weekdays as needed, depending on work travel and variable schedules. Responsibilities include getting child up, feeding, dressing, and transporting to daycare (by ~8am). We are open to building a small pool of 2–3 caregivers for ongoing flexibility. Occasional overnight care (10pm–6am or 10pm–9am) is a plus but not required.
