Hiring a babysitter or nanny near Aurora, CO (80019) to watch my infants and preschooler. Ongoing care needed for my infants and preschooler.

We live in the High Point neighborhood in Aurora, CO (near The Gaylord Marriott hotel). Our kids love spending time outdoors, music, crafts and experiencing new things. They are very active and thrive off of engaging activities. We do not do TV during the week, so planned activities is incredibly important that explore their creativity and social skills.

We have a 20-mo old who stays at home full time and a 4.5 year old who goes to school (full days) Tuesdays-Thursdays.

Both my husband and I work out of our house (he works for Verizon, and I'm self employed. Sometimes I have clients meet me at the house, but mostly I meet w/ clients remotely).

Because I'm self employed I do have some flexibility. We are looking for
**2 days a week (either Tues/Wed, Tues/Thurs, or Wed./Thurs) from 9am-2:30pm (during the school year). During the summer break, hours on these two days would be 8:30am-3:30pm.
**I'd love to explore an additional 4 hours on maybe a Friday 1-2x/month.
**We'd like to develop a monthly date night for my husband and I.
**High likelihood we are going to need Mondays from 10am-4:30pm starting November.

Your time with us would mostly be just the toddler unless the older one doesn't have school.

I'd love some assistance when baby is down for a nap with some light meal prep, light house tidying (empty dishwasher/load it/wash dishes, assistance folding kids laundry).

We greatly value consistent, open & respectful communication, being on time, dependable, consistency, and the ability to come up with and prep/plan activities to do with the kid(s).
