Hiring a babysitter near Snowflake, AZ (85937) to watch my toddler. Ongoing care needed for my toddler.

I just need someone to watch my girls while I’m asleep. I work night shift(12hr) at the hospital . Since January I’ve been trying to get enough sleep but they have now learned to get into things and it makes me nervous something may happen. I only get 3hrs of sleep but waking up every 30min just to make sure they’re okay. Doing this 3-4 days a week is getting hard and putting stress and sickness to my body.
