Hiring a babysitter near Santa Rosa, CA (95403) to watch my infant. Ongoing care needed for my infant.

I’m looking for a babysitter/part time nanny for my little one while I go to work. The days would vary, but majority of the shifts I need childcare will be weekend shifts. There might be some weeks I would work a Wed or Thursday instead of the weekend. Of course that would depend on childcare because I can also schedule myself to work whatever days I have would have childcare.
He is my first child, and I’m new at this and kinda nervous. I hope to meet someone that does have a certified background check and is cpr certified.
We don’t have any pets. Light cleaning around baby after playtime would be appreciated. Currently he’s still being bottle fed but by May I hope he’s eating more solids, I can meal prep beforehand.
My husband works night shift so he will be home but will stay upstairs sleeping until around 4ish pm.

So I do need childcare from the time I go to work around 12pm until my husband wakes up before 5pm
