Hiring a babysitter near Harrisburg, NC (28075) to watch my infant. Ongoing care needed for my infant.

Basically just need 4 days during the week covered. Current sitter is not working out as he cries all day in her home. We need someone in our home to watch him. I was paying $10/hr but willing to negotiate. It’s every week, 10-13 hours each week on average sometimes more if I have to attend a meeting/training. Off by 3:30 every day!!
