Gentle Parents looking for Gentle Caregiver

Our family focuses on creating a safe environment for learning, emotional regulation, and healthy development. Our family values Gentle (Authoritative) parenting. We consider ourselves warm and accepting while also setting clear expectations and boundaries for ourselves and J.
Our house includes a dad, a mom, a 2 y/o boy (J), 2 dogs, & a cat.
J's daily care includes:
Preparing his breakfast, lunch, and snacks. Brushing his teeth.
Changing wet and dirty diapers (support during potty training when the time comes.)
Picking up his toys during nap time ("Toy reset")
Letting our dogs outside through the back door throughout the day. (area is fenced)
At least 1 learning activity a day (flashcards, counting, etc.)
Set up other activities such as arts & crafts, imaginary play, sensory bins, or something new for him to experience.
