Experienced babysitters in Mesa, AZ (85207): ongoing care needed for infant, toddler, and preschooler.

We’re a fun-loving, entrepreneurial family with three kids (ages 1, 3, 6). I run a business and need time dedicated to work, so we’re looking for a part-time sitter with flexibility, and possibly more hours in the future. We’re also needing occasional date nights or other daytime help.

You’ll typically arrive after I serve lunch. You’ll just need to prepare a simple snacks through the shift. No sweets, video games, or shows — we prefer high-quality interaction! Activities we love: reading books, baking or involving the kids in food prep, crafts, dance parties, trampoline time, independent quiet toy time, and outdoor play.

We also ask for some light tidying (just the new dishes used, toy messes, etc.) — we just don’t want to come home to a house that looks worse than we left things. Kids are responsible for cleaning up after themselves but will need reminders.

Must be attentive and present (no phone scrolling) and able to keep up with energetic kids.
