Support local families My work schedule rotates every week; I work 4 days straight and off for 2 days, which gives me 1 weekend off every 6 weeks, so I won’t require childcare for that one weekend. The hours for Sundays could be shorter as the kid’s father is able to watch them in the morning up until about 11am before he needs to go to work.
