Calling all experienced babysitters, nannies, and daycares in Spring Valley, NV (89113)! Ongoing care is needed for my toddler.

My job unexpectedly changed my work schedule, so I now have to work at 8am, but my husband is not off until 9am. We need someone to cover 2 hours Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 9:30am.
If it is in-home care at our house, most of the time, our son is asleep until almost 9am, so it is mostly a matter of just being there. If it is in-home care at your home - He is not speaking yet (trying hard though) and we are trying to work on potty training. If someone is good with that, I am more than ok with waking him up every morning and taking him somewhere fun for him to learn.
As of right now, this is our starting daycare needs. But if we can find the right fit, we are open to a much more full time gig, so our son can learn more with other kids. Thank you in advance for all of your help :)
(Our current sitter, who's work schedule also changed, was paid $20 a day [$10/hr] to just be present in the home until my husband came home. I am not sure what a fair amount is, but let me know your rates as well. We are willing to pay a little bit more, if our son has an opportunity to learn and play with other kids. )
