Single father of 4 yr old little boy, very kind, calm, well mannered. Working nights for 1 month. 830pm-430am. May vary a little. He will be asleep most of time. Sitter will have own room and space/privacy in very nice condo. We are kind, clean, and very respectful. Very easy going, do whatever you want over nights, sleep, TV, schooling, etc. Not too particular just want someone to be there and care for him if he wakes up.
