I believe quality childcare begins with an intentional partnership between parents and provider. The parent must take the responsibility of communicating their child's needs as they understand them and the provider must be committed to striving to meet those needs to the best of their ability. I work to be respectful of each families' cultural uniqueness and remain flexible enough to meet the child's needs while still using established best practices in preparing each child for independence, self-regulation and learning readiness.
