Top-Top Day Care is owned and operated by Kristine Manukyan, a Master Teacher with professional training in Applied Behavior Analysis and specialized coursework focused on supporting children with dyslexia, dysgraphia, and other developmental needs. She has also completed California family child-care home orientation and operates the program as a California-licensed family day care home.
Her teaching approach combines positive guidance, individual attention, consistent routines, and hands-on learning. Rather than expecting every child to learn or participate in exactly the same way, activities are adjusted when appropriate to reflect each child’s age, abilities, interests, communication, and developmental needs.
Children are supported in developing communication, patience, kindness, sharing, independence, creativity, and confidence. Because the owner is also directly involved in teaching and day-to-day care, families receive a more personal approach and children have the opportunity to build a consistent relationship with the person responsible for their program.
