Our educational approach includes anti-bias and cultural immersion elements to cultivate empathy and self-awareness in our students. Within our developmentally appropriate learning environment, various stations are provided to enhance gross and fine motor skills.
River Cubs Dual Immersion Preschool LLC offers safe, loving childcare in the Springfield area. Kids learn through curriculum-based, educational activities. The facility is a home daycare providing a safe, nurturing space where kids learn important social skills.
Teachers
Mrs. Annie, a passionate educator has over 25 years of nurturing young hearts. She taught and directed various children's ministry in the vibrant city of Miami. After relocating to Oregon, she dedicated five years to uplifting the Hispanic community within the Springfield School District. Later, she became a Quality Improvement Specialist at Lane Community College, training childcare providers on diversity, safety, and compliance.
In her most recent endeavor, she served as a bilingual licensor for the State of Oregon, overseeing childcare providers. Annie is a master trainer with Step 10 certification in the Oregon Registry Online (ORO), holds an Associate degree in Early Childhood Education, and is diligently pursuing her Bachelor's degree.
Her heartfelt mission is to cultivate an environment where preschool children feel cherished, secure, and engaged, all while mastering two languages and blossoming into responsible citizens.

Location
River Cubs Dual Immersion Preschool is a home daycare created to spark creativity and learning in a clean space. For your convenience and safety, our home includes a driveway for parking. We also have dedicated areas for learning and activities that include a backyard, an art area, and a reading area.
Our Springfield Preschool is located in a family-oriented neighborhood with a park and an elementary school. We're also only a few blocks from street parking.
