Michelle's daycare helps children learn and develop by providing a rich, age appropriate learning environment in partnership with families which incorporates a planned curriculum where all chidlren are encouraged through daily activities and opportunities designed to enhance the overall development of each child in preparation for kindergarten success.I use the Creative Curriculum for Family Childcare to plan for and support the early learning and development of children in my program.My program is unique because I partner with a neighboring family child care. This gives all children a broader sense of community and allows children numerous opportunities to build relationships outside their regular, small setting. The providers also benefit through collaboration in planning, curriculum and sharing ideas, resourses and expertise.
