I specialize in weekend care in the Council Bluffs area. When children get a break from a traditional childcare routine. We go on outings to the zoo, museums, parks. Most recently we camped for a weekend. Children explored nature, fed birds, and made smores. Children enjoy community happenings, all while being given the best possible care.

Location
At my childcare home, I’ve created a safe, nurturing, and family-like environment where children can feel comfortable, cared for, and encouraged to grow. Our space is designed to be welcoming and cozy, filled with age-appropriate toys, books, and learning materials that spark curiosity and creativity.
We balance structured routines with plenty of free play, giving children the security they need along with the freedom to explore and discover. Each day includes opportunities for hands-on learning, outdoor play, and quiet moments to rest and recharge.
Most importantly, I strive to build an atmosphere of kindness, patience, and respect. Every child is valued as an individual, and I work to support their unique personalities, interests, and developmental milestones.
Parents can feel at ease knowing their little ones are in a warm, loving environment where learning, laughter, and growth happen every day.

Over the years, I’ve not only raised and cared for children within my own family but also worked closely with other families in our community. My background includes education specifically in child development and education. I am CPR and First Aid certified, which ensures your child’s safety is always a top priority.
