I will respond to that by using the best techniques in child development to help them learn and grow.-that children deserve a nurturing, safe and happy environment which promotes their natural curiosity and desire to learn.-that discipline should be positive and not shameful, and that noticing the 'good' behavior in each child is key to preventing negative behavior.
