Kaylas Home Daycare

Hi everyone! I own my own in home daycare in Rose Hill, KS. I have recently decided to make a shift in my hours and have decided to offer part time care. Part time care can be hard to come across as many daycares only accept full time. I am now offering 2-3 days of care per child. My hours are M-TH 7:30-4:30. Space and days are limited so please feel free to contact me to discuss my current availability. My prices vary on the amount of days care is needed as well. There’s a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 3 days for part time care to be considered. I do not accept drop ins, and the days care is needed will need to remain consistent on a week to week basis so I can meet ratio requirements.

I follow a play based curriculum. I offer a variety of toys for the kids to play with and rotate them often. We also spend a lot of time outside playing especially when the weather is nice. The kids love playing in the sprinklers, splash pad, and water tables during the hotter days. The kids also enjoy having dance parties on a daily basis so don’t be surprised when you walk in and hear them bouncing off the walls. 😊

I feed the children breakfast, lunch, and snacks throughout the day. Parents are welcome to bring their child’s own lunches, but it is not requirement.

I do own 4 pets. My large dog spends most of her day in our enclosed porch and my other dog is primarily indoors. I do try to keep them put away or in a separate room as much as possible, but the dogs enjoying being outside when the kids are so I just keep an extra close eye on them when they’re around. I do own 2 cats so please be aware if your child is allergic as mine are indoor only cats.

I currently have space for a couple new friends ages 12 months to 4 years old. I may have an infant spot available as well, but that will depend on the days needed as I currently have my own baby and another enrolled. I have ran my in home daycare for 3 years, but have worked with children for many years. I worked for a child daycare facility throughout high school and part of college. I have coached youth soccer and worked with foster children as well. I also have 2 boys of my own. 😊
