Our daycare is located at 539 Macarthur Dr, Daly City, CA 94015. Known as the "Gateway to the Peninsula," Daly City is conveniently situated just south of San Francisco, with easy access to Interstate 280 and BART stations, making commuting convenient for parents.
The facility is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, primarily composed of single-family homes. The area is clean, safe, and family-friendly. Daly City is known for its peaceful and friendly community atmosphere, making it an ideal place for children to grow up.

Teachers
I am Melissa, Director of Happy Angels Daycare. Our daycare is a family daycare, and our licensed name is Huang Kangmei Family Daycare. Together with my partner, Ms. Kuang, and our bilingual (Chinese-English) teacher, Lily, we are committed to creating a nurturing and professionally supportive environment for children.
Ms. Kuang and I each have over ten years of experience in early childhood education. Lily has also worked in the field for many years and previously served as the director of a large early education center. Ms. Kuang and I previously worked together at a family daycare located at 1187 Palo Alto Avenue. After the previous owner retired, we decided to open our own daycare, driven by our shared passion and vision for early childhood education, with the hope of putting our years of experience and educational philosophy into practice.
We firmly believe that every child is a unique and precious individual. In our daily care, we respond to each child’s needs with gentleness, patience, and attentiveness, always respecting their individual pace of development. Our mission is to create a safe, warm, and loving environment where children can explore the world with confidence and freedom and grow up healthy and happy.
To continually improve the quality of our care and our professional expertise, we participate in ongoing early childhood education certification trainings and remain committed to continuous professional growth. Seeing children learn joyfully through play and grow steadily with our support is our greatest reward and motivation.
